A Day in the City! and a new lens?

Hiyos! So i recently found my camera again xD yessuh I misplaced it for awhile and have been to busy to try and look for it, bad me right?! Well I found it and I've been bringing it out with me everyday I go to class and I've been taking as many pictures as I can! XD so I shall have so "A Day in the City" themed pictures coming up for whoever is interested in the coming days!

I was trying to add one since yesterday night but DA has been lovely and getting stuck on the uploading -.-;;

Anywhos I was also thinking about maybe getting myself a new lens for Christmas?! :O I kinda want a new perspective or a challenging way of approaching my art! (That sounds so confusing.. >.< but I'm hyped up on caffeine so yeah.. which reminds me I'm supposed to be working on my essay right now.. that's why i took the caffeine >.>;) So any suggestions would be nice! :D I've been looking at a few and reading about some but I'm not sure what I want yet.. anyone want to share their favorites with me?! That would be really helpful and I'd appreciate it very much :D
